周邊是工地，國道旁，附近也不便利，想出去走走看看，啥都沒，便利店也沒有，早餐可以，自助晚餐好一般～

我訂的這個房間比較小的，陽台應該有八平方左右，洗手間有6-7平方吧，所以房間很窄的，床尾巴放個行李箱就差點沒地走了，陽台密封的，可以兩邊打開一點，泡私湯時候陽台玻璃兩邊都打開了還是全是霧氣，泡久會很悶哦，酒店分A棟B棟，我們房間B棟，要從大廳上去五樓再走一段路去換電梯上去，要麼就從B棟一樓出去再從A棟後門進去大堂，早餐和宵夜都是在大堂一樓的，B棟是不可以直接到早餐宵夜那個大廳，每次都要按上面方法坐電梯走路，這點很麻煩。除了以上這些，酒店全部都很好，服務也好，早餐也好，衞生和設施都很好，户外公共温泉池也很多個，都泡了很舒服，汗蒸房也很不錯，女賓洗澡洗頭髮都配有很齊全，下次來新豐還會選擇住。退房晚也前台不會給你臉色特別好的服務。酒店大堂很豪華很喜歡裝修風格。

環境：作為新酒店來説酒店環境不錯，但周圍配套不齊全，附近吃飯的選擇比較少，除了呆在酒店以外沒有別的休閑項目可選擇
早餐：比較豐富，值得表揚
需吐槽的是：1.房間的泡池不夠私隱，建議裝上遮陽簾
2.沒有冷氣。問了前台説是冬天晚上比較冷，所以不提供冷氣。可是！廣東的冬天巨熱，白天沒有冷氣在房間根本待不住。晚上也很熱，睡覺難以入睡
3.訂的至尊房，房價比普通房型貴兩百，但除了樓層高一些以外，房型沒有什麼差別。建議大家訂普通房型就好

很艱難去寫一篇批評的評論，因為5年各種差旅疊加600多個不同酒店房晚的我來説，能讓我值得去記錄的，要麼極好，要麼極端。
不止一個平台，不止幾個顧客在反饋，甚至我交卡前台也是面對投訴。我的情緒爆發點已經平復過了，4個經手人每次都在問請問是有什麼事嗎？直到情緒在OTA那炸裂，我決定覆盤全流程。
1.攜程的推廣房晚是具有吸引力的，在於品牌：温德姆，價格699並不低，房間46平比標準商務間大，再有就是環境看圖是山景房和園景房。
2.入住其實應該攜程自己要有個把關，我們這個價位，這個房型，應該匹配的是特價房，不應該寫精緻園景46平房，平地拔起的一棟新樓，周邊全是沒有完善可言的建築，景是側窗景，房型進門就是床，各個平台誇最多的只有那個智能馬桶。A棟穿去B棟靠一道很小的自動門。
3.人手不足，自由度也高，所以專業度是沒有的，應該大概率沒有應對話術和安撫消費者情緒的能力，所以各種投訴多了，都很麻木。
最後，699這個價位首先訂的就是針對中高端消費人羣，也就是我們來確實是有消費能力的，但699這個體驗，再給我一次機會我也一樣會拒絕OTA提供的説下次再來會給優惠和房間看到她們改進的建議，我會加200～1000，去住周邊環境，服務，房間更好的酒店。
